The scholarship will be given to a participant of the MBA China/Far East and Europe Business Relations

Bologna, June 2013 – A scholarship of €15,000 to participate in the MBA China/Far East- Europe Business Relations of Alma Graduate School, the Business School of the University of Bologna. The scholarship has been offered by Mandarin Capital Partners, the largest private equity fund focused on Europe-China, a partner of Alma’s MBA program.

The course, which lasts for 12 months and is taught in English, aims to develop new managers who are able to build and manage relationships and business between the Far East and Europe.

"Mandarin Capital Partners was the first investment fund that put building economic relations between Europe and China at the center of its strategy – said Giorgio Prodi, director of the MBA China/Far East-Europe Business Relations at Alma Graduate School – it is therefore a great honor for Alma Graduate School that they have decided to offer a scholarship to the track China/Far East Europe Business Relations”

Graduates of all nationalities, with at least 2 years of work experience, interested in working in European or Chinese companies or in other countries that have significant business relationships with the Far East can benefit from the scholarship. The faculty includes, not only the academic staff of the school, but also journalists, managers and diplomats.

After lessons have finished and before entering the job market, MBA students complete a 3 month internship, during which they can deal with real problems, develop strategies and operational plans in close contact with business leaders.

The partial scholarship will be awarded to a student from the track “China/Far East and Europe Business Relations” following the round of selections.
